Customer Connection events
As the Electricity System Operator for Great Britain, ESO manages the connection and generation contracts that impact on the transmission system. We work closely with Transmission Owners (TOs) to support customer connections.
In this section, we’ve got everything you need to get involved with our customer connection events.

Monthly progress check and Q&A session for customers and stakeholders to engage with connections. Our focus is transparency as we deep dive into recent updates, key challenges, industry trends and the evolving work of our strategy, change delivery and operations teams. Forums will take place once a month, usually on a Tuesday at 11.
Our next Forum will take place on 17 September.

Customer Seminar - April 2024
On 23 April 2024 we hosted a seminar in Glasgow for our customers. The event covered topics such as: connections reform, tactical delivery, operations and compliance through engaging panel sessions, breakout rooms and drop-in areas.
